Savory Survivor Healthy Lifestyle

Along with diet, staying physically and mentally fit is the way forward for savory survivors. I try to exercise at least 20 minutes a day, keep my mind active with reading, writing, puzzles, music, art, learning new things, staying socially connected to friends, family, colleagues, and having fun.
